OSH Policy (Occupational Safety and Health Policy

The safety and health of our employees and stakeholders is our top priority at Al Moghera. We are also very invested in preserving the environment so that future generations may enjoy it. In order to meet these goals, we are committed to:

  • Maintaining a comprehensive OSH risk management system to identify and prevent any and all potential threats to the health and safety of our employees and anyone who works at our locations
  • Complying with all occupational safety and health regulations and maintaining the highest standards for our "duty of care," such that we are able to ensure the ongoing health and well-being of our employees
  • Ensuring that Al Moghera’s business operations adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws, standards, and regulations
  • Creating, applying, and sustaining a verified occupational safety and health management system that is in strict compliance with the requirements of OSHAD-SF standards
  • Continually improving our performance in relation to meeting our established OSH business objectives by holding regular management review meetings
  • Minimizing the environmental impact of our operations by providing the necessary OSH resources, using our energy and resources efficiently, and preventing pollution by reducing waste
  • Providing all employees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders with the appropriate OSH resources
  • Regularly reviewing our OSH policy for continued fitness during management review meetings
  • Communicating our OSH policy to all employees and ensuring that it is available to all interested parties. Consulting employees on issues related to their safety and health and ensuring that they receive proper OSH training for their job duties. Requiring all employees to comply with our OSH policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that the General Manager implements Al Moghera’s OSH policy
